On the same level as the villa, a large landscaped area, paved terrace and heated swimming pool 8*4, secured by an electric roller shutter.
The Hédone architect-designed villa, completed in 2021, benefits from a modern line and a quality realization privileging convivial spaces. Intimate yet open to the outside, the villa is designed to offer relaxation and shared moments to its guests.

The villa is located in a private and privileged area. The quietness of the neighborhood and the respect of the close environment impose a family use of the villa. Also parties and meetings are not possible and the reservation is not open to groups.
